Both my wife and I had problems with this place with two different jobs.

PROBLEM #1: She had a problem when she called to see if her shoe repair wad ready for pick up. She gave them the ticket number over the phone and he berated HER when HE couldn't find the shoes.

PRIBLEM #2: I left an unusual job with very specific instructions for a car pad and they promised to call when it was ready. Over a month later, they still hadn't called me and when I called them, he just said "oh, yeah... I lost the instructions... Come back in and explain what you want AGAIN.". Needless to say, I took my supplies and will NEVER go back.

They do wonderful work. They can work on the finest shoes. They took a pair of old-style pointy toed boots and turned them into stylish round toed boots beautifully. And their prices are reasonable.
