If you are an attorney referring business to Mr. Magidsohn, beware if you expect a referral fee. Mr. Magidsohn promises to pay a fee, but then does not do so. When you attempt to call him regarding this, he will not return your calls. I had to almost get the State Bar involved before he finally sent me my referral fee.
