I knew I was in good hands immediately upon my first contact with Amanda. Very friendly and helpful. She got everything situated for the air conditioning appointment. My AC is now running like a rock star. A ductless mini-split system was suggested and after learning more about it I'm leaning towards it. Our home was just shy of the amount of square footage required by the builder's installation team to require two condensers so we have to heat and cool all 2,743 square feet when we just want to heat and cool the master bedroom.

In the Summer we try and be cost-conscious and do the upstairs-downstairs migration when upstairs becomes unbearable even with the AC on full blast. While they were here my dad called and told me that their furnace broke. What timing! They jumped right in with nothing to gain. My dad lives in WA. He sent pictures and they offered some suggestions for what type of furnace would meet his needs/usage.

My tech asked if he could talk to him and told him everything to do and what to look out for to help him save as much money as possible. He saved nearly $2K on his furnace because of Precision Air.
