Provided by YP.comWe frequent the Cracker Barrel in Emporia Virginia often..On occasion we have had issues and they were dealt with and most of the time there is no problem. Not so tonight (Jan 7 2009) when we went there with our son, daughter in law and grandson..The waiter came to take our drink order and my husband ordered coffee and when the cup was sit in front of him for coffee to be poured in he noticed that the cup was dirty on the outside rim..He told the waiter and he got another cup....Then when our biscuits and muffins were brought out my husband got a biscuit and inside it was obvious that there was a hair inside and that it was baked in there...the manager came over and my husband was explaining it to her and her reply..."I don't know how that could have happened because our cooks were hats"..He told her that he certainly did bake it in there, which was what it appeared she implied...She then apologized and walked away....Not a very pleasant experience... Thank you
