DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL IN EMPORIA, KS!!!



The level of customer service provided was an absolute joke. Had a 15 ft truck reserved and then a winter storm moved in. I called the Emporia, KS location to discuss options. The lady that answered the phone advised that I could cancel the reservation and that there would not be a cancellation charge. The next morning I found a $50.00 charge applied to my bank account. Tried to call to clarify the issue. Again, the level of customer service was ridiculous. The lady could not explain why she told me one thing and then did the opposite. Tried to see if we could still pick the truck up. I was told a new reservation would have to be created and the $50.00 charge would still stand. Along with handling Budget Truck Rentals this location is also Flint Hills Towing, to be honest, based on the service provided, I would even call another towing service before contacting them.
