I wish I had taken the negative reviews seriously. These people are dishonest and incompetent. You would think that when you write a big check and even ask " is this for everything" that you could expect a honest answer. Not the case. The answer "we forgot to write that down but you got it and you still owe us" doesn't cut it with me. Especially considering their attitude. In the future I am going to NorthCoast in Louisville. I have heard that there is another place in the Etown area but they are too far. Stay away from these crooks

Do not ever pay cash to this business. They accumulate invoices paid in cash and then turnover 3 and 4 year old invoices to an attorney with the threat of a lawsuit and ruining your credit if you do not pay them again for things you have already paid. I do not know whether this is a case of internal embezzlement of cash payments by a dishonest employee, or just stupidity coupled with poor business practices, or just a outright scam to squeeze money out of honest, credit conscious people. I do know that for us and all the people we know in the construction trades will never do business with these people again.

Don't like the fact that you close the store from 12:00 - 1:00 for lunch. Drove for 45 minutes to get to the store just about 5 minutes before 12 to be told you close for lunch. So, I was left waiting and hour to get what I needed.
