after living in this place for 2 years, I had my vehicle broken in to within the "secured garage" & requested that security review the "supposed" video tapes during the infraction after getting a police report filled out about the matter. The security chief was incredibly rude from the start and seemed as if he could not care less about the matter & was more concerned about any liability the matter would impose upon them, rather than catching the perpetrator. His customer services skills are NON-EXISTENT, but this is what minimum wage gets you. Beware and go to your next choice of places to live. The train noise across the street is incessant as well... and the other tenants trash the place like it's a college dormitory... and there are many college students residing there that give the place no respect.... I advise all who desire a quality of living... to move on to your next se<x>lection, you will be disappointed with this slum.
