Worst Mechanic shop I have ever had work done at. Took in Monday 8/7/17 for some welding. Owner says will have it done that evening and bring to my home by 9pm. I call Tues. they say I am next. call wens. says that the owner had forgot about my van(huh). Finally on Fri. get call van is done, but they can't bring it to me(bill is over $100.00 more than quoted). I go pick up get few miles down the road brakes are getting soft. I call john sat. morning ask him if he knows that I have a brake leak( i was going to take back to be fixed). John says We didn't work on the back. I ask how do You know it is in the back then? He hangs up and has refused to answer calls since. This is a shady place BEWARE.A-OK IS NOT A OK

NOT OK. STAY AWAY! A-OK tried to scam me into an entire exhaust (including 4 catalytic converters and 2 mufflers) for 2 tiny leaks in a Y-pipe. When I questioned this (another shop said I needed the Y-pipe, but didn't have one), A-OK tried (and failed) to jab holes in the catalytic converters with a screwdriver. A-OK was shockingly careless with their tools and supplies, so I was not surprised when I saw that their work was slipshod and sloppy. For 5 minutes or so clearing the check engine code (which parts shops do free) and "smearing" (their own word) a short-term "pipe dope" patch, A-OK charged me $35 + tax. That works out to $420 an hour! Worst of all, by recklessly removing the arms of the lift, before it was clear of the undercarriage of the car, they cracked a 1/2-inch brake line! I still need to replace the Y-pipe, and now I need to replace the brake line, too. The service was definitely not worth $420 an hour! I will NOT be going back to A-OK!

Be glad you didn't let A-OK replace your exhaust, M.S. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They replaced my entire exhaust, beyond the manifold, and did such a sh*tty job that it started coming apart before I could even get the car home! The parts don't fit together right. A-OK didn't even put the hangers on right (How basic is that?!). Now, after I paid them to put it together, I have to take the whole exhaust apart and put it back together, myself, to keep parts from falling off!

Thanks for the great service...I had no idea what was going on other that I needed to disconect the battery to make the noise stop. Turns out relays on top pump were not operating and pump was on ALL the time. Patton towed it to you, after I made a pre-pickup visit. Car in late Thursday, out on Friday.
