This office is a professional and top shelf operation from start to finish. I have never been more happier with a pair of hearing aids than I have from the ones I purchased from Sheila and her staff. Sheila takes her time and explains my hearing loss and answers questions, she refers me to my physician when needed and she is always there to adjust and clean my hearing aids. She is a one of a kind audiologist! Her staff, Mary Ellen, Colleen and Kim are extremely friendly and courteous to everyone who walks through the door! Customer service is their priority you can tell!
