Founded in 1976, Pathways Inc. is a social service and welfare organization, providing a range of programs and services for children, adults and families across New York. Located in Elmira Heights, N.Y., it offers services under various categories, such as developmental disabilities programs, child and family programs, mental health programs and traumatic brain injury programs, among others. Pathways Inc. also provides home care and nursing home alternative. It operates more than 40 different programs across twelve counties in the state.
