I went there twice.. the first time i should have learned but no..i gave them another shot and they screwed me again. the first time i went there i told them i want'd blond highlights and thin THIN black low lights....she gave me GRAY hiar with thick black lines in it. when i called the day befor to make the apt. they put me with a girl at 8am...come to find out, when i went in at 8 she did'nt start till noon.they told me one price and charg'd me $30 more when i went to check out, AND the lady who did my hair (who is the manager) left black dye in my hair and all over the side of my face. well a couple days ago i had a wedding to go to so b/c i was so short on time i went there thinking what are the odds it will be awful again...they charge'd me for curls even though the lady brushed them all out and ended up putting about a bottle of hairspray in my hair and neaty placing it on the top of my head in a frizzy mess. (after puttin RUBBER rubber bands in my hair-the kind you use on paper NOT HAIR-) i do NOT NOT NOT recomend going there the manager is awful and does not listen to what you have to say. i even show'd her a picture of what i wanted and she couldnt do it. save your self find another place.

When I got my hair color treated there, they bleached it twice. Then they dyed it dark, and I mean dark. But they said that I could lighten it up, or dye it, in about three months. So I did. But then it made my hair two diferent colors! Blonde roots, and the rest of my hair was a weird brown/blonde color. So we went back there and they said that they NEVER said that I could dye it or lighten it up. They said that recall themselves saying "You can come back here in three months and we can give you highlights." Of course it was the manager who did my hair so I really couldn't say anything. I'm never going back there, they were also very rude. After I got my haircut there also, they gave me badly cut bangs and terrible layers. My layers intermixed with my bangs so I was left to cut it myself at home. My friend went there and they basically chopped her hair. It was as short as her chin (which she didn't want) and they gave her front across bangs (which she also didn't want.) I'm not going back there and maybe if you go there you will have a better experience than I have. But I don't recommend it.
