Wonderful Office!!!

I recently brought my daughter to see Dr. Bicknell for an evaluation. What a great experience! From the front desk to the consultation both my daughter and myself were treated with respect and like family. It was apparent that Dr. Bicknell is highly qualified and that his staff enjoys working for him. My daughter is excited to begin her treatment and I look forward to the coming years as we have committed to Advanced Orthodontic Specialists for my daughters orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Bicknell is an outstanding orthodontist! He is patient, caring and very friendly! My oldest daughter finished ortho in 2012 and loves her smile. My youngest was excited to start treatment and loves coming to the office for her appointments. The staff is very skilled and knowledgeable. What a great experience. I highly recommend this office!

I scheduled a consultation appointment at 10:30, showed up at 10:35 and was sent back home, because I was 5 minutes late.How disrespectful of my time! How long was the orthodontist planning on spending with me? 5 minutes? Anyway, looks like a fancy store front, but no honest content to me. And, btw, I had told them that I had no insurance (which is not true,I have great insurance), because I wanted orthodontic advice and not financial. I strongly suspect that, because I didn't show insurance in their records that they thought they could treat me this bad (I was a second class citizen without insurance, right?), so of little interest to have my 2 kids as patients! Shame on them!
