      John E. Patricelli, M.D., is a general surgeon at Inspira Medical Center Elmer. He completed his surgical training and residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Patricelli has expertise in surgery of the skin, breast, abdomen and gastrointestinal (GI) tract. He has been instrumental in integrating new techniques into his practice such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomies, hernia repairs and stereotactic core needle breast biopsies. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Patricelli believes that physicians are partners in caring for their patients. When a team of specialists collaborates to provide treatment, the best care is provided in the most timely fashion. In his spare time, Dr. Patricelli volunteers on the Medical Executive Committee at Inspira. He is now accepting new patients.
