I'd recommend Asher without hesitation. They were helpful with setting up our business. He took time to explain many things about business structures, like scorp, etc. To receive the best value from this company, be aware that they charge hourly fees in addition to service fees. That was confusing to us initially because we had never used a CPA before.

Mr. Asher seemed like a very nice guy on our first meeting. He talked for a very long time - 3 hours - on our first meeting. The time seemed a little excessive - and a week later we were billed around $350. Okay. At our next meeting, in the first five minutes I asked for clarification about the services we would receive and the rate. I said, I understand we are doing A and B and the rate will be X amount. He said, it will be no more than X amount. So we agreed to the service. A week later we were billed exactly twice as much as what we had agreed to. Way more than we could afford. His first bill threatened collection action for unpaid invoices. It was an absolutely horrible experience.
