Yesterday, I took my two persian cats to be groomed. Everyone was very friendly and professional.They did an excellent job. My kitties are still prancing around the house. It so hard to find a good cat groomer. I will definitely go back.
Additionally, I had read that the shop was dirty. The shop was immaculate, decorated well and smelled good. It was nicer than the hair salon I go to.

Rhonda has been taking care of my toy poodles needs for 15yrs. I will not take him to anyone else! He is partialy blind now and stubborn and she is still as gentle with him as she has ever been! I have always been 100% satisfied with her work. The staff is very friendly and understands your pet is your family, and they treat them as such! Rhonda is a class act and i would never go anywhere else.

No professionalism from the owner to her staff. Dog has continuously been sent home with razor burns or scabs. She lets her groomers with less experience work in her place. Absolutely no integrity. Made a phone call and drove my dog to a new groomer did an awesome job and now he looks so handsome. My other friends are all receiving this message when I finishing posting.

I have been taking my golden retriever to Rhonda for over two years. Love Rhonda and the work she does!

I recently had my dog washed and groomed and they did a wonderful job..i was turned down by petsmart for whatever unscrupolous reason and i could not be more thankful otherwise i would not have realized the expertise exhibited by my dogs appearance. They were professional in everyway by keeping up to date with phone calls and overall fantastic experience.. So indulge in the best that pet grooming has to offer and go to Rhondas!

Poor care. Poor customer service

This experience was not mine. I cut and pasted from a FB post from a friend of mine who patronized Rhonda's recently: So I don't normally do this but I'm really pissed at this grooming business. I have never reported anyone to the BBB before but I did today! First of all we asked her if they could be done by 1:00 on Saturday because we had somewhere to go and they said they would be and weren't done til 2:00. Secondly, there credit card machine wasn't working and she kept saying that your card is coming back corrupted and I said no it's your machine and had to leave to go to the ATM and got the money out and I said yes it must be your machine. Third, we had told her to leave 2 inches of hair all over her body and trim her mane and tail. Well they shaved her! Lastly, they cut my dog! It looks like they almost cut her one nipple off. So I called today when they opened because it's closed on Sunday and Monday and I told the owner that the whole experience was horrible from beginning to

OMG SOOOOO Glad Rhonda opened her own shop. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE her.!!!!! My Winston just loves going there and she does such a great job.I have NEVER been disappointed. And she gets you right in. I was so HAPPY to find her after she left her other place of business. I would recommend her to anyone. She has always done a 5 star job for me.!!!! :)
