Stair system is great and easy to install, as long as you get all the parts you order the first time. Should they screw up shipping your entire order, don't expect much in the customer service department. They will send you the parts eventually and charge you for the shipping when it was their mistake. Crown Heritage will not ship to the customer, so you are at the mercy of the dealer you purchased from. Make sure you don't pay in full or you will be without stairs for weeks longer than you anticipated. Would recommend looking for another stair parts company that believes in old fashioned service where the customer is still important. Maybe they need to remember we are in an economic downturn and they need every customer that comes their way.
