Plumrose USA was one of the first manufacturers in the sliced deli meat industry to offer Zip Pak resealable packaging. Plumrose USA is a premium quality meat product manufacturer. Its product lines include packaged deli meats, premium bacons, quality deli counter hams, cooked ribs and barbecue items. The company also carries a full-line of shelf stable food items, including imported canned ham. The Plumrose, DAK and Danola brands became part of Plumrose USA as a result of mergers and acquisitions dating back to the 1950s. The company has been in business since 1932 and has manufacturing facilities in several states, including a bacon processing plant in Elkhart, Ind.
