WOW an awesome place to take an RV that has issues. These folks know their stuff and are VERY customer oriented and DO quality work. They don't just patch it up the FIX IT so it will be dependable for years to come. We took a Nexus Phantom 33SC that has three slideouts two of which were not working properly. Nexus couldn't or wouldn't fix them and jerked us around for almost two years putting us off with lame excuses and not much interest in helping us. So out of desperation we took the coach back to them and expected them to fix their flaws in the way they built it (aka) as a very poor design. We arrived at the factory as directed and again were turned away and instructed to go to Certified RV Repairs where we were expected to pay for repairs of THEIR POOR DESIGN. Nexus has a very poor rating for customer service and quality control ! We are so appreciative of Certified RV Repairs and Mr Deavers and his crew.
