      The Core Zone is a multi-faceted personal training studio made up of 3 types of training: CrossFit Personal Training Tri-Hemisphere Please view our other sites, to get a thorough education ,on each of these specifically intense types of training. You may also visit us at The Core Zone in Elk Grove, located at 7811 Laguna Blvd. This studio is located East of Bruceville Rd, across from The Spaghetti Factory. 3 more locations will be opened by mid 2011 in and around Sacramento.
