An AMAZING school. Sensei Kelly is an amazing person and excellent instructor. If I hadn't moved out of Elk Grove I would still be studying there today. What I like best about this school is it isn't overly commercialized like many of the schools out there. It's not just flashy moves and kicks. You learn real basics, and they are drilled in until you can do them without thinking, so that you can handle any situation. It's not about memorizing this situation or that situation, because, what if you get thrown something different? It's about knowing how to control your own body and the body of your opponent, so that no matter what he does, you're in control. I would recommend this dojo to anyone!
