Physical Therapy Central was established in 2004 by physical therapists. We have 9 privately owned outpatient facilities across Oklahoma. We provide specialized care in the areas of: Orthopaedic Injuries, Sports Injuries, Work-related Injuries, Arthritis, Back Pain Neck Pain/Headaches Osteoporosis, Overuse Injuries, Sprains/Strains, and Balance and Falls. Dale Boren Jr is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association.
