      Established in 1996Skydive Kentucky™ (SDKY) was first formed in 1996 as a DBA just for the fun of jumping out of airplanes and to support Greene County Sport Parachute Center with an internet presence. Skydive KY® LLC was formed in 2001 by Jim Moore because he wanted to pressure the possibility of this being a part time venture focusing on providing independent contractor services to near by parachute centers focusing on Instruction, Parachute Rigging, Videography, Photography, and web site development to promote those activities. Skydive KY LLC opened as a full service parachute / skydiving center on July 16, 2007 at Addington Field (Elizabethtown, KY Airport) after the close of a near by parachute center.
