High pricing, technician did not even use tools on service call, had made decision to price the repair high and tell me it was cheaper to replace the unit. The man was dismissive of any questions I had, had the nerve to ask if I was married! Guess women are easy targets. Paid for service call, waste of money, called in another company this time from Radcliff and they did the repairs for 1/4 cost and deducted service call from final price! They said there was no reason to replace the whole unit since the air worked just fine. wish i had read the online reviews before i called out this company. it was a waste of money!!!!

I experienced all of the negative comments mentioned here as well. Rude, aggressive and unreliable.

BEWARE AVOID AVOID AVOIDservice man was on time for first visit, gave qoute for time and price to repair or replace unit. said it was a quick easy fix. service man left, called scheduled the replacement. this time did not show by appointment time, i had to miss work to be home, turned into a multiple day thing. went over time and the bill was higher than quoted. then equipment was not put in correctly, called owner. owner didnt care, sent service man back out, but took over a week. had to leave work when service man finallly arrived.. then billed for fixing the equipment that was supposed to be new, when installed. . also, outside was muddy , serviceman left muddy prints thru my house from front to back door, pulled vehicle off of driveway and rutted my yard, terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Later found out owner is barry risinger, ky s e x offender registry vicitim 13, served 10 yrs TX. wish i had researched first not after i got screwed.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

This comany installed a compressor for us and was $400.00 cheaper than the least expensive estimate. Very friendly, excellant service. Would definitely recommend them.

Called for a repair. NO SHOW!!!! NO CALL!!!!! NO NOTHING!!!!! I realize there are many probably without, but it's 2010 and a simple phone call would have been enough to let me call someone else. Bad service. Missed day of work waiting for workman to show at appointment. no show, no call till three days later. Affordable is trying to bill me for services not recieved, sending same bill to housemate for same non recieved services. will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They had an F rating up until 1-22-10. The owners have went and posted on other sites. Lorretta and Mike in campbellsville also went in and praised this business on topix, read the entire thread.!!!! called Friday around noon, owners wife answered phone but didn't tell anyone that she had scheduled a tech to come out at 530-700. no one called, no on showed. Till Sunday, we couldn't have anyone out then, tech came mon, called back into office to see if could discount 65.00 service charge, no free estimates on fixing stuff, waited about 15 min, owner didn't call tech, so tech called secretary, she said no discount unless senior. so i said no thank you. Called secretary back, told them i thought this was unprofessional, wasted 4 hrs of my day friday waiting. So owner called me back, talked down to me cause i didn't use my emergency heat, which escalates the bill, then when that didn't work, actually threatened me with a service charge cause i held up his tech, i told the owner, that we could do it that way if he wanted, & i would be reporting to the BBB. Then he said just don't ever call us again! This company is rude, unprofessional, the owner is. unprofessional + rude=untrustworthy
