Dr. Matthew R. Woleslagle is a family practice physician who cares for patients chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries. He sees patients of all ages.Dr. Woleslagle earned a medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at Latrobe Family Practice Residency Program in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in family medicine. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
