..not only did they ruin the surprise, but they failed to do what they advertised; being as patient as I could be, I didn't call demanding an explanation or place any complaints, I waited and instead I told her I was sorry the guys were late to deliver her flowers. Next day was pretty much the same story, only this time I called (around 4:15 pm) and asked her if she liked the flowers, to what she replied 'I thought you cancelled the order because I never got them'..and that was enough for me, I called EFH to cancel my order, but I had an extremely rude, and unprofessional lady answer my call refusing to "PLEASE cancel the order, I do not want to do business with you again".. 'cause the flowers had already been delivered'..- they were not, it was 4:35, she was leaving the office and the flowers never made it. The lady hung up on me 3 times, she decided to call my girlfriend's office and tell her to wait for the flowers for ABOUT AN HR .. and I, I'm posting this and I'm calling VISA!!!

I will never do business with these people again -Valentine's day, and let me say- before somebody comes up with a '..but it's Valentine's, it's their busiest day of the year.." - that the customer is paying for a service, product, etc, not for excuses, when you, the business owner advertise same day delivery, guess what the customer is expecting..right!. Off course they already took the time to get rid of the false ad off of the webpage, a sort of 'bait and switch' trick to get business I guess; they even had 'testimonies' posted by recent customers talking about the "great experience" and how quick they were to deliver...(if I only knew..), so, I placed my order in the morning, I even got an email confirming same day delivery, but it was kind of an unpleasant feeling when my girlfriend called that night and told me that she appreciated the fact that "I wanted to send her flowers,..even if she would not receive them until the next day"..-what!!??-..continue on next review..
