      I have volunteered for the Community Crisis Center in Elgin for almost 2 decades. They have a piece of my heart and they won't give it back !!!

      I have lived in Elgin for almost three years and have never had a hard time with any of the staff there or anyone who was waiting in line. The other review upsets me greatly, becaue these are good people doing a great thing. I thank them very much.

      I left a review on yelp that was deleted. I would go to this place to get free toiletries and be told i didnt need to fill out a form and to go to a room with a worker. Then i would be trapped in a room for hours under hypnosis with people yelling and saying they were my tharapist or the police. This place is creepy and praverted and helps criminals take advantage of good people and their children.
