Love Jim & Jacks for taking care of my vehicle on time! Great service and reliable!

An amazing place with amazing people. I don't know much about body shops, which is a good thing but these guys really WOW'ed me. I had my vehicle repaired through a GEICO claim and the Insurance company was the one that initially referred me to Jim & Jacks. I had gone on yelp and other online review sites to do my research and noticed some negative reviews but there was an over powering amount of positive comments. Through my facebook friends I was able to find some people who had used Jim & Jacks and they too had nothing but positive remarks about their experiences. Well, after my own personal experience I could aslo say the same. My vehicle turned out immaculate, communication was superb, and turnaround time was unbelievable. The most appealing part was that it's a family owned business so I was able to shake hands and deal with the true owners. I could sense that the staff really cares and wants to make sure all customers are satisfied. I definitly would recommend Jim & Jacks to all family and friends.

Horrible! Go anywhere else but here. My fiance damaged her car in a parking structure. She got 3 bids. As part of the damage she was looking to have a prior scrape repaired that was in the immediate vicinity of the new damage. All 3 shops agreed to include this as part of the repair. She selected Jim and Jacks. Lo and behold when the car was ready, the repair was not made. You had to see it to believe it. They literally painted right up to the scratch and stopped. We couldn't believe it! When my fiance called they of course denied they had agreed to the prior arrangement, then went on to give us their weak excuse but of course offered us their up-sell to repair it for another fee. The final insult-to-the-injury was when we used a credit card to pay the deductible charge and discovered fraudulent charges on the card . The card had little activity on it and the fact that it was used on one day at Jim and Jacks and the next day it has fraudulent charges for $570.00? Coincide? Get JACKED
