Instruments were not sanitized, couldn't understand a word the guy said. I told him to take my old (shellac) polish with acetone (like other bail techs have done), instead he used a grinding tool, which I told him damages the nail bed. Another annoyance us the workers were all speaking in Vietnamese to each other. How do their clients know if they're talking about them or not? I'll never go back.

Omgggggg worst I mean worst nails ever cheap they come off easily and while I was getting my nails done the old skinny man with glasses on was on his tablet playing spades while trying to fix one of my nails so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

they did my acrylic nails and two hours after i left they started burning really bad and i was in extreme pain, they have poor sanitation i am really worried that i might of had caught an infection

The owner sucks! This guy is super rude! I went in for eyelash extensions and the girl wasn't there. When I asked when she'll be returning, this idiot got silent then responded..."I don't know. Next time call before you come if you want that." Well, this is new since I've

walked in on numerous occasions to get that. But that's okay. I hate rude people and will never return to that shop.

well, i went in for a eyebrow wax and to get my nails done. the guy that did my nails did a good job. but once i went to go get my eyebrows done, this lady with skinny eyebrows was putting too much wax and TOOK almost all my eyebrow , i guess she knew she messed up so she tried to make the other one skinny and shape them. well, once i got the mirror and saw how SKINNY and un even my eyebrows i freaked! you cant just mess up someones eyebrows like that, and try and fix it by making them WAY skinny , without asking them , now i have to let them grow back, which will be MONTHS. if you want a waxing , i suggest you go somewhere else,

I highly recommend the this nail salon. Since my last nail tech left, it took me over a year to find a place that did quality work. Linda does excellent job on nails!!! No lifting or cracking!
