Raul and his team are the only ones that can groom my dog Echo, she's 70 lbs, 12 years old, and does not like to be touched, but they handle her gently and professionally. We are extremely pleased with their service. We recommend them to everyone, our family and friends.
He had to cancel our Aug appt. due to van problems, but I am awaiting for a reschedule appt.

Raul and Team are great. Service was first class. My Petunia was happy and relaxed. unlike other experiences with other groomers she was in heaven. I do recommend setting up appt in advance cause they are booked about a month in advance. Other than that prices are great and the kindness and respect they give to my Petunia is very much appreciated. Thanks Mad Dog Team!!!

All I can say is the wait is well worth it. I waited around 4-5 weeks and my dog came out perfect! He was relaxed, happy, and above all playful. I was given a tour of the van. The atmosphere was very zen if you ask me. Raul and Alejandra talked and laughed with me for a few minutes while Gizmo was smelling and getting to know the van. it took about an hour to get him all cleaned up. I saw him (Gizmo) walking out of the van so happy and proud. I went ahead and booked my apps for the rest of the year.....so I won't have to wait another 4-5 weeks. I highly recommend Mad Dog Mobile for anyone that want good quality work and groomers that really do enjoy their job.

I have a chow mix with lots of thick hair. Raul did a wonderful job. He texted me before the appointment to remind me and was so gentle with Jakie that it was much less stressful than usual. I am so pleased to have a groomer who lets me be there during the grooming and who is so professional. Thank you!!!!

I had a great experience with them grooming both of my small dogs. Felt like I had found a reliable grooming service. However, I've been calling to schedule again and keep being told they'll call me back because they're driving or don't have their calendar handy. This is the third time. I really wish some professionalism was applied when trying to book appointments. This seems to happen with a friend as well.

I strongly recommend Mad Dog Grooming. I currently live in NC and my doggy is still in EL Paso, TX. Raul has been great in scheduling services to clean up my doggy that embarrassingly I have to say was a hot mess. I loved receiving a before and after pic of my doggy. Although I make my payments over the phone or through a text message my information has never been compromised. Thank you for being so professional!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mad Dog Mobile Grooming. I've used them all year and never have I had a problem with them. My four doggies do good with Raul or Gina!! They know the routine and are very at ease and comeback happy and excited to go roll around the house. Prices are great, always punctual and if by chance happen to run late they sure send me a text right away. They do great work with my neighbors dogs as well. I've seen them all over my block by the way so I know everyone is happy cause if not I would find out through the garpevine. By far Mad Dog Mobile is one of the best groomers in El Paso. My Dogs had a wonderful experience with the Mad Dog Crew. Its been about 2 weeks since there grooming and they still look great and smell pretty good. Ive setup my appts for the rest of the year since they are booked months in advance!!! I highly reccommend this company and I trust them with my dogs!! Trust KEYWORD!!!

Mad Dog Mobile Grooming is by far the best groomers I have ever used. Raul being the owner is a great petstylist and now Crystal with their 2nd unit is great as well. Each one have groomed my dogs which are a very big German Shephard, Pitbull, corgi mix, poodle/Chih mix, and my very old schnauzer!!! I used to take them to shops around the El Paso area and its just not the same. My dogs enjoy the mobile units they didnt enjoy the cages they had to be in when I took them to these grooming salons. I truly reccommend MAD DOG!!!

Mad Dog Grooming is awesome. I called and was able to get an appointment the same week! I have two 65lb australian shepherds who depise baths and have very long hair. Crystal was able to do both dogs the same appointment with no issues and they looked GREAT. They both got full grooms with a summer shave. Each one cost $75 which is about the same as I've always paid other groomers and Mad Dog is definitely the best. Three days later and they still smell so good :)

Terrible customer service! They lost our phone number and when we called to fix the situation they said they would call back and never did.

Absolutely amazing! Our Shiba is difficult to take out to get groomed. Raul was amazing with him! Plus , he is affordable ,friendly ,and professional.

Mad Dog Mobile is awesome my dogs and I had a great experience!! I have tried all mobile grooming companies in the area and was totally disappointed. Raul and Alejandra are great and totally loving towards all four of my doggies. PRICE was not low yet not high like the other mobile companies in El Paso. Raul gave us a rough estimate until he saw the dogs and was quick to let me know the final price and was able to explain to me step by step what the grooming process was going to entail. Like I said this young man and his team are very well trained. Very proffesional and best of all loving and caring towards my pets. They love Raul and I can honestly say they wag their tails and wait for him by the door as they see the van pull up my drive way.

We just moved here and needed to find a groomer for our baby boy. We went online and read reviews. We decided to go with Raul and Mad Dog.. So glad we did!! Raul is so sweet and gentle, he clearly loves dogs! Our boy is a little skidish but he took to Raul like he has known him forever. Wiley looks so handsome and smells so nice. I would recommend Mad Dog 110% to everyone! The cut and shampoo were great, staff is sooo friendly, prices are VERY reasonable, and Raul took great care of our boy!! Make sure you call ahead because they are busy but worth any wait!

Dogs pick up on anybody's energy around them right quick and Willy our 6 month old Yorkie knows who's friendly and who's not very fast. On appointment day Raul the groomer showed up right on time and Willy got pleasantly excited with him around, in no time Raul had him in his arms, took Willy inside his trailer and about 30 minutes later our puppy looked like a million and smelling great. We tried to groom Willy ourselves and gave up, took him to a pro groomer and gave up on them too, Willy is very hard to deal with but with Raul was a very pleasant surprise, he was very patient and did a great job for a reasonable price, highly recommended AAA

I am so impressed with this company.....Raul being the owner and a great groomer has surrounded himself with such positive people including Brenda...who has groomed my pooches several times herself....Brenda treats my doggies with respect and such great love. Raul swings by to check up on Brenda and myself whenever we have a scheduled appt. The work and grooming service continues to be top notch for me and my doggies. Their work is very consistent and professional and above all my four legged babies are happy and very well groomed. I can't account for the grooming services provided, as I was never actually able to get my dog groomed here. After reading all the awesome reviews on here, I waited 2 months!! for an appointment for my dog. The day of my appointment, Raul's truck broke down. It happens. However, I had to call repeatedly over the next several days to get an answer for when my appointment would be rescheduled. When I finally got a new appointment, Raul was a complete no-show. I left a message and no response. We finally called and got in touch with him a few days later and he told us he had a death in the family. Again, we were very understanding. He promised to call us on a certain day to set up an appointment and that my dog would “be first on his list.” It’s a week and a half after that promised phone call and no phone call. We took our dog to PetsMart for grooming (and were very happy with them.) This was very unprofessional of Raul. I was really looking forward to finding an honest, trustworthy groomer in this area and am extremely frustrated and upset. The worst part is, my long haired dog suffered in this heat for months because I thought this groomer would take extra care with my dog. Extremely unhappy client.
