HATED IT!!! very cheap but you will get what you pay for... total waste of time. I had to schedule an urgent appointment with a real hair proffessional at a different salon to get the mess on my hair fixed, it looked as if it had been chewed off. It took her five minutes to "touch up my layers" she cut way too much hair and was very upset that I didn't like the cut. HUGE difference between the $40 haircut I normally get. Won't EVER AGAIN try to go cheap on my hair
