Irvin High School is a public school that provides academic classes to students in grades 9 through 12. It has an enrollment of more than 1,600 students and its curriculum includes fine arts, foreign language, math, physical education, religion, science and social studies. The school has a counseling and guidance department that assists students in the process of growing physically, socially and educationally and also helps to solve their problems and to cope with crisis situations. It also conducts various programs, such as accelerated reader, peer assistance, bilingual and gifted education. Irvin High School is affiliated with the El Paso Independent School District and is located in El Paso, Texas.
