Their diagnostic test was double the cost of 2 competitors but their service turn-around time was estimated at 1/3 of the time and I needed my bike back quickly. The shop took 2 weeks (13 days passed the quote) even get parts in. I tried to pay for the test and get my bike when the owner stopped me saying I had to pay for a restocking fee on all the parts they didn't put in (50% of each part cost). He then quoted the EP Police Dept policy on property disputes basically telling me I wouldn't get my bike for weeks if I challenged their costs. Only a shop that has ripped off a lot of people would be so confident and so well versed in the legal aspect of holding onto a customer's property over a matter of $80.00. If you chose this shop get ALL authorized repairs in writing and write down the name, date & time of everyone you talked with to avoid being charged for blown time estimates, incomplete work, and an unheard of insanely high "restocking fee".
