Ace Inspectors

The Ace Inspector (Morgan) was extremely thorough in every aspect of the home inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable of his profession. Please check out his website. He was early to the home inspection appointment. Morgan did not hurry during any point of my home inspection. He explained every step of the home inspection to the prospective buyer. He encourages the buyer to be at the home inspection. Morgan explainins code requirements, teaching you on certain things of the home you may not know of, and explains each thing that he inspects. I have had two other home inspections completed in two other states and Morgan by far is the BEST. Worth every dollar of the cost of the inspection!!

Let me first off say that not only were me and my fiance floored with the inspection done by ACE inspectors but Mr, Morgan sir you deserve a Raise:-)!!! Not only was the inspection done correctly but this gentleman truly went above and beyond his job to make sure he covered every single inch of the home he inspected. He presence was not only professional and welcoming, he was very informative in helping us understand the issues and information he displayed and showed us while conducting his walkthough. I really believe this guy enjoys his work and it shows with his commitment to make his customers feel well informed and not leave them wandering in the dark. If I ever need a inspection done again i'm definitely going with ACE and asking for him. Strongly recommend Mr. Benson if you are building or selling or even contemplating upgrading your house. It is often jokingly said that building a house can cause a divorce for married couples but rest assure that Mr. Benson is the near perfect building inspector/ marriage counselor. He is diplomatic, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Well attuned to the interests of all parties, he can even get the builder to actually do what you want them to do-build a house to high, measurable standards and even save you money at the same time by eliminating potential future repair bills.
