However, when I did get someone to speak with me, they were very courteous, professional, and apologized for the wait. Felt very welcomed when I made the appointment. Appreciate the on-going up dates on the service by Gabriel Peng. We were there for five hours. Clean waiting room. However, more bathrooms are needed. Felt the cost of service was a fair price.
