BUYER BEWARE LOOK ELSEWHERE I had a terrible experience with the El Centro branch not only were my husband and I deceived but money was applied without our knowledge to things they were not allocated for. I am extremely dissatisfied with them and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Piece of crap lender! Do not get a mortgage through this company! I had to move because of a job (to another state) and repeatedly told the lender that no one lived in my home. My mother lived just down the road and checked on my house on a regular basis. It was locked up tight. In June, they sent me a letter saying that they learned the house was vacant and that I needed to call them within 10 days. I called the VERY day I received the letter and spoke with a representative. He reviewed the notes and confirmed that it was ME who notified them, repeatedly, that the home was vacant and was ultimately satisfied with my response. However, now, in September, without ANY notice, they decided that they could go into my home, forcibly remove and change the locks and deny me access to my home. I am NOT in foreclosure! Nevada Law allows the lender to access your real property to confirm whether or not the home is vacant, but they may NOT enter the dwelling. NRS 107.130. When I called to have this dealt with - the representatives told me that this was not my house - it was theirs because they had a deed of trust and I make payments and that they can lock me out of my home if they choose. They also told me that I could not speak with a supervisor - not only during one call but during repeated calls. They also refused to connect me with a legal department and with any other department who could help me. If I can't even access my own home, what is my incentive for continuing to make payments?!? I have reported this company to the BBB, the State AG, the CFPB and the FTC. I intend to tell every single person I know and make it my mission to let people know what kind of a lender this company is!
