      Instrument Overhaul Service IOS has been a certified repair station since 1984. We began as a repair facility for light helicopter instruments and quickly expanded to a full service avionics and instrument shop. We now sell, repair, overhaul, exchange all classes of aircraft and helicopter instruments. In addition we sell, install and service avionics and autopilots. We are factory dealer for most major manufacturers. You can depend on our long standing reputation for quality and service at reasonable prices. Instrument Overhaul Service/Avionics has been quietly enhancing their long-standing reputation in the Law Enforcement Tactical Avionics completions and support arena, while expanding to accommodate the small-and medium-scale flight test requirements of the Dept. of Defense R & D prime Contractors. Our customer base includes National, ( DHS/USBP, DF&G, USFS, and NASA. State, ( CHP, CADGS ) County, ( LA, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego, Tulare ) our local Police, Fire Depts, as well as many private sector first-response aviation support providers. Instrument Overhaul Avionics Instrument Overhaul Avionics is an authorized dealer for most avionics manufactuers, ( Garmin, Honeywell/King, L-3, Ryan, ect., see our capabilities list. ) Assembled in Sept., 1999, with state of-the-art facilities staffed by a core group of designers, craftsmen, engineers and FAA Designees with over 100 years of experience in the Law Enforcement, Military, Commercial and General Avation markets. Since the Feb.2004 acquisition by Instrument Overhaul Service of San Diego, then a prime supplier of gyro instrument support to many governmental agencies for over twenty years.
