I went to Kids Care Pediatrics for almost 15 years during my childhood and never had much of an issue. The staff was always nice and professional and the waiting room had a lovely mural of a beach scene throughout. Recently they underwent some changes and it's not so great anymore. I took my younger sister there for a sick visit and was not pleased. They removed the mural and painted all the walls a chartreuse green color. It was too hot and there was no variety in magazines. Minor issues, however, they then proceeded to take a patient who arrived after my sister and whose appointment was 30 mins later than hers back before her. To top it off, my sister just informed me that she overheard the tech say "damn" after he weighed her. She is not that large and her weight is not that much over a healthy weight. He did not need to be rude. I found the staff to be unprofessional and the office to be unwelcoming.
