      Award winning wood fired pizza restaurant with two metro east locations in Edwardsville and O’Fallon Illinois as well as one location in Missouri that is located in Clayton. All of our pizzas are cooked to perfection in a Mugnaini-built, wood-burning oven at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze from our oven leaves a unique mark on all of our pizzas in the form of a signature charred bubble on the crust. Offer wood fired wings, calzones, specialty salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers and house-made desserts. Menu items changed out seasonally. All items are made with fresh ingredients.       Pizza the way it's supposed to be, creatively made to suit any taste. The wood fired oven gives the pizza flavors gas ovens can't, the service is always friendly and the beer selection as outstanding as it is eclectic. If you can't find something to love at Peel there's no hope for you to get beyond those chain pies and pretenders; Peel is the real deal.
