Lincoln Middle School offers educational instruction to students in grades six through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 700 students and is a part of the Edwardsville School District 7. It offers core subjects, including math, language arts, reading, science and social studies. Additionally, it provides students with 40-minute daily instruction in physical education in the sixth and seventh grades, and health and physical education in the eighth grade. Students also receive daily instruction in exploratory classes. The school offers sports programs in cross country, cheerleading, field hockey, football, basketball, softball, wrestling, volleyball, tennis, bowling, golf and track and field. It provides a variety of extracurricular activities, such as orchestra, chorus and band.
