General Info

Mountain Family Health Centers (MFHC) are in Glenwood Springs and Black Hawk. Each community health center is as unique as the town in which it is located, but all share the same mission: To provide high quality primary health care in the communities we serve, with special consideration for the medically under-served and uninsured. Our board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and family nurse practitioners offer you the full range of primary health care services. We welcome any person in need of care, regardless of ability to pay. We accept most private insurances, Medicaid and Medicare, and offer sliding scale programs and other assistance programs for any person who is uninsured. Now accepting New Patients Mountain Family Health Centers is happy to announce the addition of our newest provider Dr. Kelli Konst-Skwiot. She will be joining us starting July 1st, 2010 and she will be accepting new patients. After receiving her MD from St. Matthew's University in Grand Cayman and a Masters in Health Service Administration from Saint Joseph's College of Maine, Dr. Konst-Skwiot then moved to North Carolina to complete her Family Medicine Residency at Mountain Area Health Education Center. During her residency she had the opportunity to work with a rural, migrant population and take a medical mission trip to Honduras. She has practiced at a fully integrated community health center in Ohio as well as having experience in Urgent Care. Dr. Konst-Skwiot's husband is from Colorado and they look forward to enjoying the outdoors with their three sons. Welcome Kelli and please call if you are interested in setting up an appointment.
