Unplugged lights

Went in for a oil change. Came out with no brake lights or back up lights. They offered to look into it and fix them. I said no. Got home and found out the lights were just unplugged. They were working before.....

Take Your Car Somewhere Else

I was having transmission issues with my classic Cadillac so I trusted these guys to take a look and do the necessary repairs. What a mistake. They failed to follow any of my special care advice for the car and left it out of gas and with a dead battery in their salvage yard when I came to pick it up. In fact I had called about two hours before I arrived to pick it up and they said it would be ready to go in the main parking lot. It wasn't and it took me an extra hour to get it started after I arrived and paid the bill. One of the extra services I had them perform was a radiator flush, but they screwed that up as well and failed to add enough coolant to the overflow tank. $450 for a radiator flush and a transmission service and it wasn't even done correctly. These guys are a joke, if you care about your car I would advise you to take it elsewhere.

Village Transmission honestly stands behind their work!‎

Village Transmission has gone beyond a normal shop to stand behind their work, especially me being an out of town customer. I am fully impressed with their outstanding service, fair price, and trustworthy business practices. We live in Vancouver, WA and when our 97' Dodge Caravan transmission broke down on I-5 during a summer vacation trip in Edmonds leaving us stranded, Village helped arrange a tow to their shop and they replaced the transmission as well as repairing the brakes and drive shafts that they also found to be faulty upon inspection. A few months later, we had a couple of issues of seal leakage on the repaired transmission during the warranty period. After I called Village, they told me to bring it in and they would take a look and fix the issues. I was delighted that they stood behind their work, and they repaired the leak and components even though I am an out of town customer. This is normally not the case. My wife could not believe it as she has been "taken" by shady me
