Phoenix employees are the most friendly guys you will ever find, and their work is first rate. They recently tore out a wall and treated a mold problem from washing machine overflow. I could not be more pleased. A+

Phoenix responded to a water damage at my house and i am more than pleased. They explained the entire process and answered any questions i had. Extremely professional and trustworthy, i had no hesitation going to work while they were in my house with my wife and kids. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and i would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

The guys that came out to do the work after my pipe busted did a great job and were very respectful. One kept calling me ma'am rare to see that now a day's. My problem was with the supervisor, he lost my paperwork multiple times, was horrible about returning my calls and always had a bad attitude or was always in a bad mood.

The only positive thing I can say is their initial response was quick. We had a leak and they came out quickly to get the house drying after it had flooded our house overnight. They had to rip out our wood flooring and claimed they would install the new floors once the insurance was ready. They gave our insurance a quote and that was the last they could be bothered to do. They never called me to schedule a date and when I tried calling them, they put me off by claiming they would look into it and call me back. They never did. For two months I called them on a weekly basis trying to get them to schedule the installation with me. They never would. Finally I had to hire another company because they couldn't be bothered to actually come do the work they bid, or even take the time to call me back.

Not sure what these guys did, as they were always there when I was not, and that's the way they wanted it. There was a fire in my condo building, and they were to clean the soot from everything. When it got to the carpet, I noticed they put the furniture up on styroform lifts, but did not clean under it. When I addressed it with them they claimed (twice) that they cleaned under it!! When I stated that there was "stuff" under my bed, he claimed they put it back: it was a bookmark & a piece of paper!! It was so apparent that they did not clean under ANYTHING, I could not believe they declared over/over that they did!



I would not recommend them!!
