Waited forever with no one here! Been in the back waiting a total of an hour. Saw the doctor for 2 minutes and triage for about two minutes. All of the rest of my time spent here has been listening to the nurses chit chat in the hallway. I'm glad they had a great thanksgiving and loved their talk but I'm ready to leave this place people.

Different doctor but same experience as previous reviewer -- rushed, brusque, impersonal, even condescending, and the place was not busy at all. No explanations or discussion. The front desk staff people were pleasant, but the doctor and nurse should not be in the practice of medicine, IMHO.

I took my daughter there to be seen and Dr.Jeff Shelton was the one in the office that saw her. He didn't knock at the patient room door before entering, which is not a huge deal but he came in and seem to be in a big hurry. He did not introduce his self to me at all and proceeded to take a quick glance at her then says "Uh, it appears to be an infection and she will need an antibiotic" ; that was all, then he left the room not giving me an opportunity to have any questions, not filling me in on anything about the infection or how long it may/could stay, was it contagious (B/c it seemed to have been spreading), nothing reguarding a follow-up. Seeing how it was my 21 month old daughter and not myself, I was highly disappointed and disturbed at the simple fact that not only was he not thorough, he was performing the bare minimum!! I would not go back there with my children or for myself and it def wouldn't be a suggestion for anyone who asked me! #PeopledeserveWAYbetter
