1. May Street in Edison NJ- I got a procedure done back in January, and my experience in Edison was wonderful. The nurses, doctor, staff, everyone was incredibly accommodating and my experience was great. 2. However, once I finally received my invoice from May Street, I was no longer directed to the one in Edison, but Fords New Jersey. I have been trying to get a hold of the location in Fords to pay my balance, but every number that was on the invoice and remit letter were either incorrect or did not go to a professional phone answering service. When I finally got the correct number, I spoke with a woman named Jackie, who in return was completely rude, disrespectful, and would not make sense as to why I "couldn't pay my bill." When I asked her name she simply hung up on me. I had called back and asked to speak with the supervisor, Jennifer, who was also incredibly rude and nasty. Now, I still have to pay, but can't seem to get a hold of a professional employee.
