Manager Arti is beyond rude. Rental prices are high and they don't mention you can purchase the wheelchair after 1 month rental . I ve been renting a wheelchair for 70 a month for last 5 months ! Never told purchase price was 300. I have wasted 350 on rental when I could of purchased it for less. When I tried to discuss with owners wife Arti she was rude and hung up on me . Very poor customer service from her . My suggestion to anyone is area use woodbridge medical supply I just bought a brand new chair from them for 1/ 2 the price .

My 83 year old mother recently had back surgery on her spine. Before bringing her home from the hospital I wanted to have a full complement of medical aids in-home. I found this supply store by searching home medical suppliies on the Net. Boy did I luck out! A-1 professionals! Courteous, helpful, kind, prompt!!!! The setup guy, I think his name was Tom, FANTASTIC!!! He was quick with the setup, and gave me a full explanation of how the hostpital bed worked. I have to say I was more than pleased with the service and service personnel. Thank you, thank you, thank you for delivering the "old American standard" of excellence in customer service! Humans answer the phones. Professionals knowledgeable about the products deliver the goods. It was refreshing and put me at ease in a very emotional time in my life.
