He has also been involved in cases which have presented new and novel issues to the court including a landmark gender change case.

During her time with Englewood, she was responsible for overseeing 10 department heads, 350 full-time employees and 150 part-time employees. Her responsibilities included overseeing all benefits and pension programs; all Notices of Claim, lawsuits, and workers compensation claims; all FMLA, FLA and ADA issues; and job-related changes of any kind.
