General Info

Born and raised in South Texas, Veronica Gonzalez, MPH, RDN, LD, fled the nest to study at The University of Texas at Austin to obtain a B.S. Nutrition and certification in elements of computer science. She made her way to the largest medical center in the world to study in a combined Masters in Public Health (MPH) and dietetic internship program at The University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health in Houston, Texas. Veronica picked up her niche in diabetes and pediatric care before establishing her weight-inclusive practice, Nurturing Nutrition and Wellness, LLC, in Edinburg, Texas. Along with being a diabetes educator, Veronica is actively an independently contracted insulin pump trainer!
