March 11 through April 2012, I received Physical and Occupational Hand Therapy from Mr. Roland Huerta, Licensed Occupational Hand Therapist, at the McAllen Hand Therapy for Post-Operative transplant surgery of harvest of a piece of tendon in my right forearm and grafted the tendon to form ligaments in my right thumb, performed by Dr. Rodriguez. I am amazed and astonished by Mr. Huertas extensive and extraordinary knowledge of innovative researched-based practices and procedures pertaining to the rehabilitation of arms and hands.
