Great pedicure but within two days of having a full set on almost all of the nails lifted on the corners going thru about half way to the other side and within four days i ended up having four come completely off. They rushed it and none of my hang nails or cuticles cut or treated...just slapped on the nails and sent me on my way. Kind of felt stupid for giving them a 10$ tip......don't go there....

I went in for a french manicure, knowing that I would need tips on 2 fingers as they had broken back to the quick. I told the young man what I wanted and pointed to the shape nail I wanted. He argued that he couldn't do that one, but he didn't seem to speak enough english to really understand me. I thought I would correct him about the shape when he began shaping the nails. He put white tips on each finger 1/2 way down the nail. This looked terrible and I told him I thought there was too much white on the nail and I didn't like it. He just mumbled something about it having to be like that to be even. I told him how long I wanted the nails and it was to the end of my finger tip. I have over 1/2" of nail to trim off myself tonight. He didn't listen to a thing I said and only seemed to not understand english. He didn't say a word on his own or ask if I liked them. I leave to go on a cruise in 2 days and there isn't time to have them redone. I am angry and will NEVER go there again.

My pre-wedding experience - horrible

My sister wanted to do something nice for me before I got married and treated me to a pedicure and manicure at this shop at the Wal-Mart in Edgewood, so I indulged her, along with my flower girl and her mother. It was such a horrible experience, I was almost in tears when we left and if I had the time, would have gone somewhere for a re-do. The male technician was so rough and so rude...I had cuts around my nails from the negligent way in which he used the drummel. Anytime I flinched, he yanked my hand and yelled, "Be still." It was so bad I would not allow the wedding photographer to take any pictures of my hands the next day (they looked worse by ten). My sister took me here because of some very pretty art work that she got before, but when it came time toask if I wanted the art work, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. The pedicure experience was not so bad, except for that technician could not understand a single bit of English and communication was very difficult. I did end up getting up some art work on my toes, but not what I really wanted due to the language barrier. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone - especially a bride who wants a pleasant experience before getting married. It was very disappointing and ruined what should have been a happy, fun day with the girls before my wedding.
