Customer Contact Services has been a great addition to my small business. My company is growing and I just couldn't keep up with the calls by myself. Since rolling my overflow calls to CCS, I'm shocked at the number of calls that I was missing that CCS now picks up and takes a message for me. Great company. Very polite and professional. John
